About
I'm a Surinamese-Dutch designer and art director based between Amsterdam, Copenhagen and London. My career started in-house at the fashion label Reconstruct Collective, building visual worlds that had to hold up across shows, campaigns, and the wider culture around the brand, not just a single deliverable.Since then I've moved between freelance and studio life, working across fashion, music, and art at places like Atelier Mundane and SHOWstudio, and most recently Studio Wesseling, shaping brand identities, systems, and campaigns for cultural and editorial clients. What ties it together is the same instinct from day one: images and identities that feel like they belong to the culture they're speaking to, not just dressed up for it.
When I'm not working, I'm usually in the kitchen experimenting with recipes and stress-testing them on my toughest critics at home. If I'm not doing that, I'm at Muay Thai, enthusiastically learning humility one round at a time, and reminding myself that creative resilience applies outside the studio too.
